Please review these Electrical Terms and Conditions thoroughly. They outline the services we offer, our responsibilities and yours, ensuring a clear understanding and a smooth working relationship for your electrical project.
Purchase Price:
The Buyer agrees to pay the Service Provider the full purchase price for all services outlined in this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the Buyer is responsible for all taxes related to the purchase of Services. Payment shall be made promptly upon receipt of an invoice via the agreed-upon method. Late payments may incur additional fees. All payments are to be made in the agreed currency
3. Payment Type :We accept payment by Cash, VIsa, MasterCard, American Express.Full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 5% will be applied to any outstanding balance that remains unpaid after 7 days from the due date.
4. Rights & Responsibilities :
The ElectricianObtaining necessary permits for the job.Completing work according to electrical codes and safety standards.Using high-quality materials and proper installation techniques.Providing clear explanations of work performed and recommendations.Disposing of electrical waste responsibly.
The CustomerProviding clear and detailed instructions about the desired work.Ensuring the work area is accessible and free of clutter.Obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals (if applicable).Paying for the service according to the agreed-upon terms.Disconnecting appliances before work begins (if requested by electrician).Being available to answer questions or provide clarification during the project.Notifying the electrician promptly of any concerns or issues.
5. Warranty Information :
Warranty Coverage :1.We warrant our workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of completion of the electrical services outlined in this agreement.
This warranty covers defects in materials and labor caused by our electricians.
Whats Covered :
- Repairs to faulty installations performed by our company during the warranty period.
- 2.Replacement of defective materials or components we installed, excluding normal wear and tear.
Whats NOT Covered:
Damage caused by external factors like power surges, lightning strikes, or natural disasters.Issues arising from pre-existing electrical problems not addressed during our service.Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or improper maintenance by the customer.Normal wear and tear of electrical componentsReplacement of parts due to code upgrades or aesthetic preferences.
6. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee :
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We guarantee that all work performed by our licensed electricians will meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If, within a period of 1 year from the completion date, you experience any issues related to our workmanship, we will promptly return to diagnose the problem.
If the issue falls under our warranty coverage (outlined above), we will repair or rectify the problem free of labor charges.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns you may have regarding our work.
Whats NOT Covered :Normal wear and tear: This guarantee does not cover issues arising from everyday use or natural aging of materials.
Damage caused by external factors: This excludes damage caused by events like power surges, floods, or improper use.Customer-supplied materials: We are not responsible for the performance or failure of materials provided by the customer.
How to Claim under this Guarantee:To claim under this guarantee, please contact us within the warranty period with a detailed description of the issue.We will investigate the problem and determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.We will work with you to find a solution that ensures your satisfaction.
7. Statement of Late Fees :
Days Past Due: Late Fee 1-15 Days Late - No Late Fee.
16 and Above Days Late - 5% of Outstanding Balance
8. Notice :
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and
supersedes and cancels all prior agreements of the Parties, whether oral or written, with respect to such
subject matter.
